**JOB SUMMARY**
The TM1 Developer is responsible for the technical design
specifications and documentation of the TM1 system.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Develop technical design specifications and documentation.
+ Develop Turbo Integrator processes for both new and existing
functionalit
+ Document and communicate risk assessments pertaining to new
functionality and enhancements.
+ Create and maintain technical administrative documentation.
+ Identify process improvement opportunities.
+ Performs other duties as required.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Minimum Required Qualifications**
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
**Education and/or Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree is required.
+ 1+ plus years of hands on developer experience with TM1 in
design, development, architecture and system administration.
+ 3 years of business experience with combined business and
technical role.
+ Finance, Business, or Information Technology degree
preferred.
+ Health Care experience preferred.
+ Experience with IBM Cognos Disclosure Management preferred.
+ Experience with Cognos TM1 version 9.5.2 or later.
+ Experience designing and maintaining large/complex cubes and
dimensions in alignment with industry best practices.
+ Experience developing integrated Budgeting and Forecasting Cubes
and Templates.
+ Experience with Cognos TM1 supporting planning efforts within an
organization.
+ Experience in training system administrators and end-users on TM1
functionality, models, and report development utilizing best
practices.
**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional
Designations**
+ Cognos TM1 Developer and User Certifications preferred
**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES**
+ Demonstrable success on 3 TM1 Projects in last 3 years.
+ Ability to react quickly to a fast paced, rapidly changing
business environment.
+ Basic to intermediate understanding of accounting/finance terms
and concepts is required.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to effectively communicate to management.
+ Ability to pick up complex concepts and processes quickly.
+ Knowledge of configuring and optimizing TM1 objects and server
environments.
+ Must possess strong knowledge of TM1 Rules and Processes.
+ Expertise in rule writing with key understanding of feeders and
cube optimization.
**Computer Skills**
+ Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required.
+ Knowledge of VBA helpful.
**Language Skills**
+ English (reading, writing, verbal).
**Mathematical Skills**
+ College level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to
understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or
standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening,
close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It
also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing,
kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking,

**Compensation**
+ Compensation is commensurate with experience.
+ Annual compensation is based on a 40 hour week.
