Overview:
Administers a variety of information technology infrastructure, including servers, applications, backup systems, and storage. Monitors systems operations on a daily basis and coordinates with other engineers to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Makes necessary updates to enhance system functionality and security. Maintains server documentations in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:
Assists in managing a wide variety of the organization's networking and systems infrastructure, including Windows operating systems, cloud computing technologies, firewalls, hyper-converged systems storage area networks (SAN's), and backup systems.Administers Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, Print Management, and File Servers. Installs and configures physical and virtual operating systems using products such as VMware. Monitors system operations on a daily basis by diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and end user issues. Upgrades, patches, and maintains systems and processes to enhance functionality and security.Coordinates with systems engineers and technical support team to provide support to escalated problems. Maintains server documentations on hardware and software.Performs other job-related activities as requested.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a closely related field of study preferred; a combination of equivalent education, certifications, and experience may be considered.3-5 years of previous information technology experience required.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
