**Role Summary**The **Marketing Community Activation** **Lead** is a new role within Biopharma, directly reporting into the Marketing Community Lead in the Global Marketing Excellence team.The role is responsible for co-creating the engagement calendar with Pfizer marketing community and managing it with agility and responsiveness to feedback. The co-creation approach will ensure that events, communication and other engagements are relevant, engaging, and timely. The role with liaise with existing marketing forums in Business Units to identity best practices that would benefit all marketers at Pfizer.The colleague will also play an essential role for the Chief Marketing Office by being the voice of the customer and regularly soliciting feedback on applicability and impact of the marketing tools and solutions. This role will also help orchestrate all the outreach to the marketing community across Global Marketing Excellence and other Chief Marketing Office teams.**Role Responsibilities**+ Shape the community building agenda by co-creating solutions with marketers' input+ Establish and manage cross-BU marketing communities of practice+ Act as a key enabler in building a strong culture and driving the CMO's excellence agenda+ Create innovative ways to share best practices by understanding the biggest marketing challenges, preferred channels of communication, and external sources of influence+ Liaise with marketing leaders from across BUs and geographies to keep them informed and solicit feedback+ Coordinate surveys or any other feedback gathering mechanisms+ Maintain a distribution list for different groups within the marketing organization+ Be the single point of contact for Global Marketing Excellence and CMO on all marketing community needs and outreach+ Collaborate closely with stakeholders, includingMarketing teams to co-create and solicit feedback; Customer Experience team to design solutions, and People Experience team to coordinate distribution lists and feedback gathering tools**Basic qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree+ 10+ years of marketing, communications, PR, or marketing agency experience+ Track record of strong networking and working collaboratively across functions and geographies+ Experience in connecting individuals through communities+ Role model for Pfizer Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity, Joy)+ Executive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-business projects and initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable the teams to achieve successful delivery+ Strong writing, presentation and facilitation skills+ Ability to thrive under pressure, take accountability and meet deadlines+ Strong project, time management, and organizational skills+ Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information+ The role will be responsible for multiple geographies but requires flexibility to work with the US time zone on regular basis**Preferred qualifications**+ Advanced degree+ Broad knowledge of Life Sciences/ healthcare ecosystems+ Experience with event planning+ Global experienceCandidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.Relocation support availableWork Location Assignment: FlexibleThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $144,900.00 to $232,200.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
