Job Summary The AP/AR Clerk will perform a wide variety of purchasing & accounting tasks and generally support the Director of Purchasing & Area Controller.Summary: Processes, compiles & maintains accounts payable/accounts receivable records. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payables:
-Receives/creates purchase orders.
-Posts vendor invoices for payment processing in AP System.
-Answers vendor inquiries on payment status.
-Performs month vendor statement reconciliation.
-Maintains all accounts payable reports
-Assists in monthly closings.
-Performs filing and coping.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Accounts Receivable :
-Investigates & resolves any customer charge discrepancies
-Manages escrow accounts of suite holders at the ballpark
-Submits event invoices to clients daily for payment processing
-Handles payment reconciliation for checks.
