Join the company that truly values their employees and has true opportunity for advancement.Who You Are:A self-motivated Grading Equipment Operator with a strong work ethic and the ability to recognize discrepancies.A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.An expert in understanding heavy equipment performance specifications.What You Will Be Doing:Operating several types of heavy equipment to assist in completing construction projects.Operating heavy equipment for long periods with attention to detail and safety.Working with other members of the team in a high production environment.Adhering to DOT requirements if you are a CDL holder.What You Need:Reliable transportation.A valid driver's license and a clean MVR.Equipment Operator Experience.Excellent attendance.Ability to read and understand instructions.Ability to perform tasks at hand.Demonstrated decision making skills.Strong time management skills.Compensation and BenefitsCompensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour with possible overtimeHealth Insurance, 401K, Production Bonuses, Vacation Days & Sick time
