Job Description:
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Senior Member
Engagement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Working cross-functionally across Product and Marketing to design
and implement messaging campaigns
Developing the style, frequency, and hierarchy of campaigns on the
platform
Managing and expanding all triggered email, SMS, and push
notification campaigns through effective segmentation and
automation
Skills and Requirements Include:
5+ years of industry experience in multi-channel marketing focusing
on digital conversion and engagement
3+ years working closely with product KPIs and OKRs to improve
product value
Experience in designing canvases, campaigns, and segments in
Braze
Ability to both design effective communications as well as oversee
and take accountability to generate campaigns
Strong data analytical skills with the ability to generate
appropriate reports
Strong communication skills, with the ability to align with
internal and external stakeholders
