Job Description:
Position SummaryThe Sales Development Representative role is the
first point of contact for many of our new customers. This is an
entry-level position that requires a self-starter and someone that
can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified
leads and opportunities. This person will also assist with a pilot
upsell strategy selling into to existing customers. The Sales
Development team is politely persistent and cheerfully competitive.
This position will give you the opportunity to learn how Fullbay
works from the ground up and build the foundation for your
career.ResponsibilitiesFollow-up on inbound marketing leads and
identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of
information at the right time for interested prospectsQuickly
assess the quality of a prospect to determine the viability of
sales opportunitiesBe responsible for educating and developing
prospects leading to hand-off to sales teamsQualifying, and
scheduling demos for potential Fullbay customersDocumenting various
detail like customer profiles, responses, and next stepsCreate
target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts through upsell
activitiesActively listen to understand what customers need and
confidentiality communicating Fullbay's value propositionThe
capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements, and
correlating potential business value provided by
FullbayPrioritizing opportunities and applying appropriate
resourcesAchieve monthly metrics, and weekly and daily targetsBuild
strong networks in and outside the Fullbay organizationCollaborate
with the team to improve our processes and add efficiencies for the
teamAdapt to changes in your process - we are always testing new
ideas Skills and QualificationsAbilities and KnowledgeAbility to
work in a fast-paced SaaS EnvironmentTrack record of success and
over-achievement (in work or school based setting)Experience using
Sales engagement tools: Outreach, Sales Loft, Salesforce, Yesware,
(we use Outreach and Salesforce)A team player who enjoys wearing
multiple hats and inspiring everyone around you to do great
workTechnically proficient and experienced with web technologies
(able to present pros/cons, use cases/examples, trends, and all
that good stuff)Great at communicating on the phone, over email,
and in-personAbility to think on your feet to creatively solve our
prospects' business needsExceptional and persuasive communication
skills, both verbal and writtenComfortable meeting and exceeding
monthly quotas and handling rejectionsMust have a positive
attitude, confident, and desire to be the bestStrong organization

independentlyEducation and ExperienceRequired:GED or High School
Diploma1-2 Years in similar sales or development role
requiredPreferred:Experience with Outreach or
