As a Senior Supply Planner, you will perform the monthly Supply/Inventory Planning process cycle for your network of sites and ensure the finished goods plan for the network achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will partner with the SBG and CORP COE and SME's to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and use the Servigistics planning tool for your network. You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network supply strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitality goals. You will attend monthly SIOP meetings to support your manager in communicating the supply plans to the Business leadership in the SIOP Reconciliation and Exec meetings.Key Responsibilities

• Execute Transformation initiatives and deployment of the Honeywell GDM
• Actively manage relationships with suppliers, planners, and distribution centers
• Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalations
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma techniques to rapidly problem solve issues that impact KPI to drive continuous improvement actions that lead to world class performance
• Close involvement with repair and overhaul (R&O) sites, special programs, and other plants around the world
• Detailed involvement in transition execution
• Create monthly Supply and Inventory plans
• Attend SIOP Supply Review meetings
• Deputize the Supply/Inventory Planning Supervisor/Manager in presenting supply plans and scenarios in the SIOP Supply Review meetingsYOU MUST HAVE--- Bachelor's degree --- 7+ years Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain experience --- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirementsWE VALUE--- APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF Certification --- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification --- Knowledge in SAP and S&OP --- Knowledge in Project Management --- Strong experience in Materials Management --- Proficient in Microsoft applications --- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills --- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate --- Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers Additional Information
