The OpportunityDelaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Clean Team Member to join our team in Phoenix Park n' Swap in Phoenix, Arizona. • All functions associated with maintaining a clean and hygienic operation.
• Responsible for daily clean-up process of the facility, including cleaning the selling lot, parking lot, and restrooms as directed.
• Replenishes supplies as needed.
• Interacts on occasion with guests while cleaning guest and meeting rooms. Assists guest as needed.
• Assist with day-to-day maintenance projects as directed and alerts to maintenance team to any needs.
• Work with maintenance on weekly projects and specific assignments including landscaping.Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Limited to no experience required; previous commercial cleaning or guest service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual, with ability to speak English and Spanish preferred.
  • Posses a valid driver's license.
  • Dependable transportation to and from work.
  • Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools and fixtures.
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure.
  • Ability to follow direction and instructions.
  • Guest service oriented.
  • Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations.Physical Requirements
    • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
