Looking for Clinicians with Domestic Violence or Other Criminal Referral Treatment experience. Working as part of a team for the Terros Health's Families FIRST program out of our Tucson location. This individual will impact the lives of families trying to overcome the barrier of substance abuse in order to reach family reunification and self-sufficiency. Terros Health is now hiring for a Part-Time, outpatient Families FIRST Clinician. This position is for Pima and Cochise Counties. Preferred - Domestic Violence or Other Criminal Referral Treatment experience. New Hire Sign On Bonus: $2,000 if not licensed! $3,000 to $5,000 if licensed (cannot be a temporary license)! Arizona License: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LASAC or LMFT in Good Standing Master's degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field **NEW Competitive Compensation!** $ Bilingual Language Differential Pay Available! The Clinician is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples and groups using the Triple Aim framework of "Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita." Ensures the successful achievement of Terros Health vision, mission, program objective and compliance with a broad range of current federal and state health regulations and policies. Provision of services will occur in the office or other place of service. This position is responsible for providing evidence-based, therapeutic interventions which may include outpatient counseling services for adults, children, adolescents, families, couples and groups. Clinician Duties Include:

• Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients, in-home or onsite as required by program/contract guidelines.
• Participate in treatment planning with each individual and/or family to improve overall health.
• Utilize appropriate evidence-based practices to meet the needs of the individual or family.
• Ability to determine and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Seeks supervision/consultation as appropriate.
• Ability to self-reflect and maintain level of self-awareness.
• Treatment plans provide clear translation of needs of individual and/or family and include achievable and measurable objectives.
• Displays valued and respectful treatment of clients.
• Adheres to confidentiality guidelines.
• Complies with Terros Health policies and procedures appropriate to professional code of ethics.
• Ability to maintain session structure, including starting and ending sessions/visits in a timely manner.
• Projects a positive, professional image.
• Successfully meets performance measures related to engagement, successful closures, and referrals to primary care.
• Reviews service deliveries to ensure health outcomes
• Collaborates with all members of the treatment team keeping clients at the center of their care

  • Must possess a Master's degree, in a behavioral health field.(e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling).
  • Arizona behavioral health license (other than LBSW) or eligible for Arizona license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Must have ability to perform first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation as necessary and appropriate.
  • Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Record. NextGen a plus.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and bilingual desired.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must pass background check in accordance with Terros Health and DCS requirements which includes, but is not limited to, no restraining orders within the last 10 years.
  • Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
  • Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
