General Information Ref #: 20220029296Travel Amount Required: Up to 25%Job Type: Regular-Full TimeLocation: Arizona - Arizona - Remote, California - California - Remote, Florida - Florida - Remote, Georgia - Georgia - Remote, Illinois - Illinois - Remote, Indiana - Indiana - Remote, Massachusetts - Massachusetts - Remote, Missouri - Missouri - Remote, New Jersey - New Jersey - Remote, Texas - Texas - Remote Description & Qualifications Description As the Partner Services Enablement Lead for Benefits Administration, you will have a wide range of responsibilities from providing subject matter expertise and coaching for implementation partners, budget oversight, project management oversight, and quality assurance across a portfolio of partner led projects. The Partner Services Enablement Lead for Benefits Administration works with stakeholders across UKG, including Launch, Support, Learning, Post-Live Services, as well as the Implementation Partners themselves. In addition to supporting Implementation Partners certified on Benefits Administration, this position will provide strategic direction to help improve processes specific to the Benefits Administration module, both with internal stakeholders and Implementation Partners. This person is responsible for maintaining a detailed working knowledge of Benefits Administration, including new features, and communicating that functionality to the team. The Enablement Lead will liaise with internal resources and our strategic product alliance to work through escalations, product enhancements and general functional questions for Benefits Administration. A strong Health & Welfare Benefits and Benefits Administration software background is preferred. Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise and consultative support for Benefits Administration System to our implementation partners which includes best practice recommendations Provide consultative support on UKG Pro Payroll impacts related to the launch of Benefits Administration to our implementation partners Identify gaps in configuration across implementation partner projects and deliver feedback to implementation partner leadership, including delivering training to fill the gaps Enforce standard process with certified Implementation Partners, including project plans and QA. Responsible for review of QA. Maintain portfolio overview of Implementation Partner led projects, including status, target live dates, budget, and more. Update Salesforce monthly. Conduct security audits quarterly. Partner with internal stakeholders to improve processes for partner led projects. Provide enhanced support to implementation partners for complex, advanced requirements, including providing direction, configuration options, and submitting and monitor functionality requests for implementation partner led projects. Handle product related customer escalations as needed Work with customers and internal teams to understand need requirements in the Pre-Sales process Develop strong relationships with internal partners and communicate with people at all levels of the organization via multiple communication platforms Communicate with customers and internal partners on outstanding UKG Pro technical requests Oversee and execute technical projects with critical deliverable deadlines to ensure success of the customer experience Maintain strong working knowledge of Benefits Administration, including new features and functionality Qualifications Required Qualifications: Health & Welfare 3+ years' experience Prior benefits configuration experience 2+ years Prior Open Enrollment Consultation 2+ years Prior payroll experience desired, 2 years UKG Pro experience preferred Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Commitment to excellence and high standards Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a high pressure, constantly changing environment Excellent follow up skills are critical for success Ability to appropriately set and manage expectations Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite of software to include Outlook, Work and Excel Ability to build rapport with both internal team members, external partners, and clients Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Multi-product (Pro Core and Benefits Administration) expertise highly desirable along with a demonstrated understanding of the industry-specific best practices for each A bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field or at least five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in an outsource organization Advanced product knowledge of Pro Benefits Prime and working knowledge of Pro Core Completed multiple, complex Benefits Prime launches A minimum of 2 years of Pro Benefits Prime implementation experience Preferred Qualifications: CEBS, GBA, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred Proven experience in problem and escalation resolution Ability to lead activities and monitor deliverables within areas of expertise Ability to work virtually while meeting deadlines and deliverables Act in an advisor capacity to an implementation partner on best practices, implementation recommendations and alternatives, and risk mitigation strategies Company Overview Here at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
