Job Title: Summer Internship
The Summer Intern is a key member of the project team responsible for ensuring the success of concrete construction projects of varying size and complexity. As an Intern you will learn how to be responsible for promoting and ensuring site safety and the day-to-day execution of assigned project(s) including self performing, managing, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and Suntec employees to ensure the work is completed on time and within budget, while adhering to our best-in-class quality standards and promoting the Suntec brand. Additionally, our Interns will have exposure to key relationships with our general contractors, customers and the entire company. Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a University or Graduating in May of 2023
• Experience working in the concrete construction industry preferred
• CAD and construction design/production technology experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow through
• Strong technical computer skills with ability to quickly learn new systems and leverage technology to improve processes
• Ability to identify, diagnose and solve problems in a team environment
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project and construction software
