We are looking for a skilled, night-shift Press Operator to join our production team. This position will be responsible for a variety of production-related tasks involving the printing presses. The ideal Press Operator will be a team player with keen attention to detail and dedication to producing top-quality products. Responsibilities:

• Maintain print registration, color matching and lay-down, ink, varnishes and coatings
• Ensure product maintains color accuracy and consistency
• Perform and document quality checks
• Report production or press issues to the pressroom supervisor
• Maintain orderly workspace and house products in the proper storage location
• Follow all applicable SOPs Requirements:
  Key Requirements:
  • Color vision, basic math and measuring skills
  • Mechanical inclination; i.e. machine maintenance or repair capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds manually
  • Standing for 8-12 hour shifts
  • Overtime and weekend hours as needed Experience/Education:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience with HP Indigo Press
    • Experience with digital printing equipment
    • Experience with micrometers, calipers and color spectrometers is a plus
