Job Description Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking a
Heat Treating Assistant to join our team. You will support our
operation with non-furnace operations such as abrasive blast
cleaning and load preparation. Occasionally, you may be required to
manually assist loading or removing product from our furnaces.
Depending upon your interest and capability, you may be considered
for training as a Furnace Operator. While it does get quite warm in
our operation, you will be provided with ample cool down breaks. We
provide electrolyte drinks and freezer pops for our team during the
hot AZ summers. We are very team oriented and our slogan is,

will arrange bolts into special heat treating baskets Operate
material handling equipment including fork trucks in compliance
with safety requirements Break down finished loads and operate
abrasive blast cleaning equipmen You will be responsible for
maintaining orderly storage of fixtures and product bins
Occasionally assist Furnace Operators in loading or unloading of
furnaces Participate in cleaning our shop area You will be required
to wear personal protective equipment Work in a safe manner at all
times Shift: Our heat treating operation typically works M-F, all
shifts and rarely an occasional Saturday. Multiple shift
