If the answer is YES - than JOIN our Team.We have an opening for a role in our Global Facilitation Leaders Team within the HR OTC (Organization and Talent Capability) Enablement and Operations Organization. The key objective of this role is to supporting the delivery of talent solutions to fuel Intel's growth by globally developing volunteer Master Facilitators, Facilitators and Global Facilitation Community of Practice who deliver our enterprise learning and development solutions. On top of that we drive facilitation methodologies and capabilities for day-2-day activities of our Intel population.There is a wide range of responsibilities inherent in this role and include, but are not limited to:Drive Facilitation Governance, Standards and Global Scalability.Lead and implement Global Product Facilitation Strategies for OTC top priority learning solutions.Develop Train-the-Trainer designs and Facilitation Guides.Consult as an expert on what great and innovative facilitation in different modalities - digital, virtual, and Face-to Face - looks like.Facilitate Train-the-Trainers if no Master Facilitator is ready, as well as selected learning solutions.Lead Governance and Maintenance of healthy Master Facilitator and Facilitator pools.Partner to evolve our Global Facilitation Strategy and Product (Intel Facilitation Training).Partner in leading and activating our new Global Facilitator of Practice.Required skillsFacilitation, communication, and presentation skills.Fast and passionate learner that gains energy from supporting others to learn and become better.Executive presence, for credible delivery to all levels of leadership.Adaptability - by embracing change, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, complexity and enjoys driving innovation.Stakeholder management with capability to influence at all levels.Problem solving skills with a growth mindset.Skills to build and lead global facilitator communities.Skilled in determining what work needs to be done, to self-prioritize and create an executable plan.Reliable team player who enjoys collaborating across multiple global teams.Excellent facilitation skills and confident in facilitating learning in different modalities (digital, virtual, and face-to-face).Day-to-day facilitation and on the job 'Facilitative leadership ' highly preferred.Facilitated corporate Intel learning solutions successfully.Additional information:Availability to travel 5% to10% if needed.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
