Job DescriptionExecutive AssistantTFO Phoenix Inc., a wealth
management firm located in Phoenix, Arizona, is looking to expand
our team. Since our formation in 2011, we have seen growth in both
the number of client families we serve and the number of talented
employees we have hired. We are currently seeking an Executive
Assistant to help us deliver on our goal of helping families by
Connecting Wealth and Purpose.Responsibilities TFO Phoenix is a
service-oriented firm; the attention we give to our clients is
critical to our success. As our one of our Executive Assistants,
you would be responsible for providing comprehensive support to a
team of wealth advisors. This dynamic position requires the ability
to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to
problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
He/she will provide sophisticated calendar management and
prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts;
making judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day
engagements. The role will have a broad variety of administrative
tasks including assisting with special projects; designing and
producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting
and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside
parties; composing and preparing correspondence; and maintaining
contact lists.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years experience in
wealth management related businessMinimum of 3-5 years of
experience as an executive assistant supporting senior level
leadersBachelors degreeDetail and deadline-oriented
multitaskerAdvanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, SharePoint and Salesforce) skillsGood PC skills with
the aptitude to learn new systems quicklyStrong time management
skills and ability to meet deadlinesHighly refined and professional
verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work additional
