  • Provide support and structure to execute deliverables in support of forecasting for DTPs
  • Develop and execute strategy and structure for DTP allocation models
  • Partner regularly with the LOB DTP Contacts to forecast for all DTPs strategically vs. reactionary (just-in-time)
  • Partner with fellow-Champion to develop communication strategy and marketing strategy for DTPs to include, but not limited to, executing Road Shows, team meeting presentations, Town Halls, executive level leadership, DEI Council, TLT, etc.
  • Work with appropriate Talent Acquisition partners to align demand to upcoming conferences and events in partnership with -DEI Council structure
    • Partner with TDSRI and DSRI, as appropriate, on external engagements for aligned underrepresented diversity segments.
    • Active member of the Segment Advocate Teams that align with Champion's underrepresented diversity segmentsRequired Qualifications
      • 7+ years of technology experience
      • 3 + years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
      • 5+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in ExcelDesired Qualifications
        • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
        • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
        • Ability to organize and manage multiple prioritiesOther Desired Qualifications
          • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
          • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills -
          • Agile experience
          • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

          • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
          • Beginner to Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills

          • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

          • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
          • Strong relationship management skills
