Come join us if you like to tackle big problems and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.This will be a weekend Team Lead positon with a schedule of Sat-Tue. The Team Lead is a working leadership position. A Team Lead will be responsible for the job duties of the Second Reviewer (e.g. second reviews, post decision/issuance reviews, assisting LRS with questions, and other delegated projects or assignments) and will assist in answering questions from other agents when the supervisor is not available. The Team Lead will work closely with their reporting supervisor to develop their leadership skills. In addition, the Team Lead will share feedback regarding process improvements and / or training and skill development opportunities with their leaders.What you have

  • Recommendation from a Loan Review supervisor is required
  • Subject matter expert in your current role
  • Must be in current role for a minimum of 4 months
  • Team player, proactive approach to helping other team members
  • Proven ability to remain positive during stressful situations
  • Detailed oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • BA/BS or higher highly preferredWhat you'll do
    • Second Review
    • Actively walking the floor to answer process or loan processing questions and guide agents in these areas specifically
    • Assist in manual tasks as needed (e.g. loan assignments, point of contact processes, etc)
    • Be open minded and flexible with constant changes to process, schedule, etc. If assigned to a weekend shift, being the primary point of contact to facilitate the weekend teams work, answer questions, and communicate performance and issues to the Managers.
