About the Team

The HR Technology PMO Team helps to organize and manage delivery of strategic technology projects across the People Team to help DoorDash get the most out of our technology and build an outstanding experience for our users. We're building our technology in and around Workday, and are looking to build the team to support continued growth. We're looking for project specialists to help us scale DoorDash's enormous growth. About the Role

DoorDash is looking for a Project Management Analyst - HR Technology to support project delivery across people, process, and technology programs. You will work alongside Program Managers in HR Tech, IT, Recruiting Operations, and People Programs to achieve our goals in supporting and enabling HR Technology solutions built around Workday and the technologies that integrate with it.

This role can be based in any of our North American offices and will report to the Head of HR Technology PMO.

  • Support intake of project requests driving our HR Technology roadmap, tracking project health and statuses, and holding team members accountable for results
  • Manage outbound communications for product updates and releases, and workshop planning and facilitation
  • Conduct research and discovery to source insights or solutions that promote operational excellence
  • Work fearlessly in uncovering underlying issues or business problems and ensuring that impacted partners are engaged
  • Maintain PMO documentation and internal landing pages that support the HR Technology team.
  • Support testing plans and rollout strategies

  • You're ready to go – You bring 1+ years of experience in HR, IT, or HR Technology and 1+ years of experience in a project coordinator or analyst role.
  • You're in your zone – You have a BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience or certifications in HR, IT, Management Information Systems, or Project Management disciplines
  • You are a technology enabler - You are known amongst your peers as an early adopter of new technology and you're always helping others get the most out of these tools
  • You are a trusted advisor – You work closely with clients and partners. You know how to avoid risks and missteps, and are willing to call out these items
  • You are always looking for opportunities to learn and improve your output. When you see an opening for action, you take it or ensure the right people do it.
  • You are good under pressure – You are comfortable and flourish in a fast-paced, continually changing team-oriented environment, and can manage multiple deadlines concurrently
