Representative / Credit & Housing Counselor.

What will you do as a Counselor?
As a Credit Counselor you will help individuals and families who
are experiencing financial hardship. You will educate your client
on options and assist them in selecting a solution that fits their
situation. You will meet with people in person or over the phone in
a call center setting, and will use your newly-acquired
certifications, training and interpersonal skills to help put
clients' minds at ease and place them on the road to financial
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associate or Bachelors degree
preferred. Minimum of two years experience in a customer service
and/or sales environment. Must have previous Housing Counseling
experience. Required to obtain NFCC, FCRA, and HUD Housing
Counselor Certification at the conclusion of initial training and
prior to counseling. If applicable, may be required to obtain
additional certifications for counseling services being provided.
Applicants with a HUD Housing Certification is a plus. Ability to
pass a pre-employment screening process including criminal
background check and drug screen. Bilingual Spanish - speaking is
preferred, but not required.

The scheduled shift will be Monday-Friday from either 8am-5pm
cst, 9am-6pm cst, or 10am-7pm cst with the ability to be able to
work either one or both days on the weekend if needed. Please note
that the shift is subject to change based upon business need.
