Description:To perform this job successfully:Proven work
experience as a HR Staffing Coordinator or equivalent.Minimum 2
years of recent HR experience with an emphasis in talent
acquisition.Strong interpersonal and communication
skills.Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills:
accuracy is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.Strong knowledge and ability in social media recruiting
strategies.Solid knowledge of HR policies and talent onboarding
best practices.Strong team collaboration and problem-solving
skills.Ability to establish and maintain excellent working
relationships with all stakeholders.Excellent computer skills,
including Microsoft Office Experience with ADP is Needed for this
roleAbility to travel out of state 20-25% of the time (Once Perm &
once Covid numbers are reduced)High School Diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree preferred.Skills:recruitment management software,
