Job Description:
New: Primary Care Opportunities in Arizona - Great Location!!
Outpatient only. We have 14 clinics in our group and 51 providers
in our entire group. No call! 100% Outpatient only! Office Hours:
8am-5pm Single specialty clinic. Patient Population: 75% Medicare,
25% commercial Patient Volume: 20-25 per day Salary Range: $180K ?
220K + Bonuses/Incentives: Production bonus available after 1 or 2
year guarantee or sooner if provider exceeds wRVU threshold prior
to guarantee time frame and provider chooses to change to
production. Benefits: Malpractice (MICA 1M/3M), Relocation
($15,000) and more listed below; Benefits begin the first of the
month after the hire date. If the hire date is on the first of the
month they begin on that date. Benefits include the following. ?
Medical ? Dental ? Vision ? FSA (Flexible Spending Account ? Life
Insurance ? 403(b) with a 5% match after one year ? 457b plan. This
plan has no-employer match but does provide an additional pre-tax
retirement plan option for Physicians. ? EAP-Employee Assistance
Program ? Short Term Disability Insurance ? Long Term Disability
Insurance ? Production bonus available ? 33 days away from work per
year (includes CME days, vacation, sick, holidays or days out for
any other reason). Days cannot be carried forward to the next year.
? CME Expenses, Professional Dues, The tri-city area has current
population of approximately 100,000 and rapidly growing. City has
four mild seasons and is 1.5 hours to Phoenix and a 4 hour drive to
Las Vegas. This mountain area is beautiful with tall pines and
gorgeous scenery. It is a great place to raise a family, with many
outdoor activities and excellent schools. There is little traffic
