The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively. Treasury Management (TM) is a key part of our Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation team. Treasury Management includes managing and optimizing our customers' cash flow and mitigating its operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost savings and time savings for our customers by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach. We put our customers at the center of every decision we make by focusing on their needs, being a leader in innovation, keeping things simple, and making our solutions easy to implement. This posting is for a Implementation Consultant 3: * Responsible for leading complex projects and managing all activities in a project life-cycle (planning, documentation, design and delivery, testing, execution, and monitoring) associated with projects that may span across multiple Treasury Management products. * Evaluates current business environment to determine the most effective implementation strategy. * Collaborates to define project goals, design, scope, impacts, and risk. * Responsible for understanding problems, bringing issues to resolution, and escalating as necessary to meet timelines. * Interacts and negotiates with customers, internal partners (i.e. Sales, Product, and Operations) and outside vendors on a regular basis. * Creates and implements communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders have visibility into the project status. * Responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process and customer experience from beginning to end. Required Qualifications - 2 years of implementation experience - 3 years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both Desired Qualifications - A BS/BA degree or higher - Experience with electronic healthcare billing/payment product(s) - Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Other Desired Qualifications Healthcare industry experience Experience working with payables / receivables processes within an medical facility (i.e. Hospital, physicians office) and/or experience with Treasury Management, Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology partners on complex implementation projects.
