Sherwin-Williams, a renowned leader in the manufacture and distribution of paints and coatings, is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver III to join our Transportation & Logistics team. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products to both commercial and retail customers. The ideal candidate will contribute to the company's commitment to serve our customers promptly while upholding the highest safety standards on every route. Safely drive and operate your assigned delivery vehicle at all times. Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. Ensure the security and integrity of the cargo. Load and unload cargo, verify loads against shipping papers. Maintain accurate records and logs of deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations. Keep a clean and tidy vehicle, and adhere to all company policies and appearance standards. Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Strong time management and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and handle physical workload. Basic understanding of maintenance and repair of transportation equipment. Excellent navigational and route management abilities.
