Job Description:
As a leading workforce provider specialized in CDL staffing,
TransForce is seeking a dependable Local CDL A Flatbed Driver to
join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment
to delivering reliable and efficient transportation solutions. Our
drivers ensure safe transportation of goods, assisting in the
continuous flow of operations essential to our client's success.
This position requires dedication, punctuality, and the ability to
adapt to varying routes and loading conditions. Safely operate a
flatbed truck and secure cargo to prevent damage during
transportation. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to
ensure that the truck meets regulatory compliance standards. Follow
assigned routes and schedules unless otherwise directed by fleet
manager. Maintain accurate logs of hours of service and vehicle
reports utilizing electronic logging devices (ELDs). Coordinate
with dispatch and other team members to ensure timely deliveries
and pickups. Adhere to all local, state, and federal rules
regarding driving and cargo transportation. Provide exceptional
customer service during delivery and pickup operations. Proven
skills in operating a flatbed truck and cargo securing techniques.
Strong navigation and route management abilities. Excellent time
management to meet delivery schedules. Ability to communicate
effectively and follow verbal and written instructions. Physical
capability to carry out manual loading and unloading tasks. Medical

Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A).
