Corporate M&A Associate Attorney Our leading law firm client is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Corporate M&A Associate to join their dynamic team in Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to the firm's Corporate M&A practice and work with a team of experienced attorneys. Job Summary: We are looking for a Corporate M&A Associate with 4 years of experience in business and transactional law, including M&A, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation and review of corporate and transactional documents, including merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, and joint venture agreements • Conduct research and analyze data to support corporate and transactional matters • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to develop and implement corporate and transactional strategies • Draft and edit memos, briefs, and other written materials • Provide exceptional client service and support Requirements: • 4 years of experience in business and transactional law, including M&A, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks If you are a motivated and talented Corporate M&A professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
