employer-sponsored visa support. Job Overview: We are seeking an
ORCE 19 Engineer to design, build, and support loyalty, promotions,
and customer data flows across store and digital channels. This
role involves configuring Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (ORCE
v19) and integrating it with Xstore POS (v23), Salesforce Commerce
Cloud (SFCC), JDA, UKG, and marketing/data platforms. You will
manage loyalty, CRM, and promotion pipelines to ensure accurate,
timely data for analytics, segmentation, and campaigns.
Responsibilities: Configure and maintain ORCE 19 modules including
Loyalty, Offers/Promotions, Customer Hub, and Segmentation,
managing tiers, accrual/redemption rules, expiration logic, and
eligibility. Design and implement integrations between ORCE, Xstore
POS, and SFCC for loyalty inquiries, coupon issuance/redemption,
customer creation, and digital promotions. Develop, monitor, and
maintain ETL/ELT pipelines delivering ORCE data to marketing
platforms, enterprise data warehouses, and analytics tools. Ensure
data accuracy, governance, privacy, and compliance across loyalty,
promotions, and CRM systems. Monitor promotional offers, loyalty
balances, and transaction activity across POS, eCommerce, and CRM
systems. Build and maintain automated tests for POS and loyalty
integrations, and support release management activities including
regression testing and production validation. Troubleshoot system
incidents, optimize POS lane calls and eCommerce checkout
performance, and maintain high system reliability. Collaborate with
Marketing, Store Operations, Product Management, eCommerce, and
Analytics teams to align systems with business needs. Create and
maintain technical documentation, runbooks, API references, and
data dictionaries. Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to
CI/CD improvements, and mentor team members on ORCE best practices.
Qualifications: 3–6 years implementing ORCE v19 in production.
Experience integrating ORCE with Oracle Xstore POS (loyalty,
coupons, offline queues). Strong data modeling and ETL/ELT skills
for marketing and analytics platforms. Proficient with REST/SOAP
APIs, SQL/PLSQL, and integration tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Kafka).
Deep understanding of loyalty programs, promotion engines, and
cross-channel offers. Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and
enterprise cloud environments (OCI preferred). Excellent
collaboration and communication skills. Preferred: OMS/eCommerce
integration experience, observability tools, performance tuning,
scripting (Python/Shell/PowerShell), and analytics tools (e.g.,
