Job Description:
Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United
States on a full-time basis. The Senior Manager of Global
Technology Services is responsible for the following: global
infrastructure and compute services, enterprise tooling platforms,
vulnerability management execution, unified communications,
platform engineering, service monitoring, vendor management, and
cross-regional integration with enterprise technology, security,
and business stakeholders. This role is responsible for both
strategic delivery and operational execution, with a focus on
scalable, standardized, and secure global services.
Responsibilities Global Technology Platform Leadership – Lead
global compute, infrastructure, and tooling services to ensure
reliability, scalability, and standardization across regions.
Enterprise Tools & Platform Services – Own enterprise platforms
including monitoring, ITSM, automation, and collaboration tools.
Ensure consistent global adoption and operational effectiveness.
Vulnerability Management & Risk Reduction – Lead global
vulnerability remediation initiatives in partnership with Security,
ensuring infrastructure, compute, and tooling platforms meet
defined risk and compliance standards. Unified Communications &
Collaboration – Oversee global unified communications platforms and
initiatives to ensure reliable, secure, and consistent end-user
collaboration experiences. People Leadership & Talent Development –
Manage managers and senior individual contributors across Tools and
Compute teams. Provide coaching, performance management, and
succession planning. Strategic Programs & Cross-Functional
Initiatives – Lead major global technology initiatives, vendor
engagements, and transformation efforts as assigned. Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information
Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related
experience. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification Advanced (Azure/AWS) cloud certifications Language
Required: Fluent in English Experience Required: 10 years of
business experience Demonstrated leadership of global or
multi-regional technology teams Subject matter expertise in one or
more areas including infrastructure, compute, enterprise tooling,
or platform services Experience managing large-scale initiatives
and cross-functional programs Preferred: Experience working in a
publicly traded company Experience leading global standardization
or transformation initiatives Technical Skills Required:
Infrastructure and compute platforms (on-premise and cloud)
Enterprise tooling platforms (monitoring, ITSM, automation)
Vulnerability management processes, remediation frameworks, and
tooling Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives
Preferred : Hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Automation and
configuration management tools Experience leading teams focused on
Infrastructure as Code and DevOps. Unified communications platforms
(e.g., Microsoft collaboration services) Other Skills Required:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage senior
technical staff Ability to partner effectively with Security,
Architecture, and Business stakeholders Strong operational
discipline with the ability to balance strategy and execution If
