Domain: Banking & Financial Role: Contract Specialist Duration: 6 Months Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054 - Hybrid Role Pay Rate: ($26-$28) hourly Responsibilities: Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals. Support writing and organizing the content of contracts, such as terms, deliverables, timelines, pricing, etc. Help manage proposals from vendors, partners, or internal departments. Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications and contractual provisions Help prepare bidding documents when your company is looking to buy something or provide a service. Negotiate contract terms (e.g., timelines, penalties, payment structures) with vendors or clients. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Performs a variety of tasks, you might be doing admin work, negotiations, reviews, etc. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager Requirement: Requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
