You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our fire and security solutions
--- Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our fire and security solutions
--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
--- Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians
--- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

--- Experience in project management and execution
