Leads successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex Fire Life & Safety and Access and control security systems and Building Automations Systems for industrial, production and commercial buildings without direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect for Quality
Install or Repair Work Orders
Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations
Ability to service clientele throughout the greater Phoenix area
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S."
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma/ GED.
-3+ years of field experience with commercial fire alarm and/or building automation systems.
-1+ year experience with Microsoft Office.
- NICET certification.
- Valid driver's license.

Ability to obtain Fire Alarm NICET II certification

Previous technical/installation experience
Previous customer service experience
Good written and oral communication
Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
