Job Description:
About This Role
Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and
product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting,
repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment,
computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless
systems. Responds to situations where first-line product support
has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment
or software. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems
or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved
in customer installation and training. Provides support to
customer/users where the product is highly technical or
sophisticated in nature. Developing professional expertise, applies
company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or
data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment
within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate
action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed
instructions on new projects or assignments. Typically requires a
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience;
or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work
experience.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$62,400.00
Maximum:
$147,800.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total
Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base
salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and
commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be
a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
