**IT Business Engagement Manager**

strong partnerships at the Vice President/National Direct level for

**Responsibilities:**
+ Strong relationship building skills - regularly
communicate/collaborates with assigned business partners.
+ Excels at presenting technology solutions to both business
partners and clients (existing and potential). Drives operational
efficiency through technology by collaborating with the business on
best practices.
+ Understands business processes and technology integration.
Proficient at project management, assigning tasks, holding
cross-functional teams accountable for deadlines, providing
business-friendly communication to all levels.
+ Makes recommendations for new features/enhancements and advocates
for prioritization based on business need - works with the
technical team on building prototypes.
+ Deep technical knowledge of supported systems and applications,
understands the process, troubleshooting, and reporting.

"buyer's" agent.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiencerequired
+ 2-4 Years of experience in a related field

**Job Duty**
CONSULTATIVE/RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
+ Strong relationship building skills - regularly
communicates/collaborates with assigned business partners
+ Functions as the primary point of contact for issue escalation
and resolution
+ Excels at presenting technology solutions to both business
partners and clients (existing and potential)
+ Drives operational efficiency through technology by collaborating
with the business on best practices
+ Pro-actively identifies innovative and creative solutions to meet
business challenges
+ Identifies emerging technologies and educates the business
BUSINESS ANALYST/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
+ Understands business processes and technology integration
+ Effectively translates business needs/goals into technology
solutions for the development team
+ Proficient at project management, assigning tasks, holding cross
functional teams accountable to deadlines, providing business
friendly communication to all levels
+ Submits projects to the PMO on behalf of the business and ensures
governance is in place through the project lifecycle
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
+ Makes recommendations for new features/enhancements and advocates
for prioritization based on business need - works with the
technical team on building prototypes
+ Deep technical knowledge of supported systems and applications,
understands process, trouble shooting and reporting
+ Provides initial training on new systems or enhancements
+ Where SaaS solutions are being investigated, plays the role of
"buyer's" agent
**Supervisory Responsibilities**

- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for
direct reports
Indirect Reports
- Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and
provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
**Travel and/or Driving Requirements**

**Minimum Qualifications**

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
experience

2-4 Years of experience in a related field

**Environmental & Physical Requirements**
