It is critical that this person be self-motivated and able to

provide a high level of accuracy
--- Previous experience with printers or printing industry would be
--- Previous experience with Client would be preferred.
--- Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.
--- Exercises independent judgment within generally defined
policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
--- Critical skills: Network experience, excellent communication
skills, very detail-oriented, positive attitude, customer service
experience, organization skills, innovative and resourceful,
capable of working with minimum amount of supervision, ability to
recognize, prioritize and solve critical customer requirements,
excellent PC skills (e.g. Word, Excel.)
This OSA will assist with:
--- Creating reports, many of which will be created and modified
--- Pricing in DART.
--- Non-reporting device resolution.
--- Supplies orders
--- Responding to requests from customers for device installations
and toner requests.
--- Creating request forms for installations and tracking
--- Assisting with tracking and escalations of service cases.
--- Creating change orders
--- Other administrative duties, as requested by the Client
