Job Description Scrum Master Phoenix, AZ Long Term Contract Job ID 2022-7338 Solugenix is hiring a Scrum Master for one of its clients who is a global leader in Insurance Broking and Risk Management. This position is a long-term contract based out of Phoenix, AZ. Qualifications : Experience with Agile framework as a CSM (or equivalent) for delivery using Atlassian tools Ability to manage portfolio view from an execution perspective to manage multiple initiatives in parallel Detailed planning to identify tasks and gaps and manage dependencies with cross-teams Strong ability to negotiate and influence across the portfolio to support roadmap prioritization Team player with the ability to work across organizational hierarchy and dynamic project teams to remove impediments and maintain velocity Must complement strong technical and analytical problem-solving abilities with communication, facilitation, and leadership/management skills Coordinate activities with onshore/offshore Maintain and plan release activities and Jira board Provide required reports About the Client Our client is a global leader in Insurance Broking and Risk Management based out of Phoenix, AZ.
