Responsibilities: Spearhead talent acquisition for bilingual project management and crew positions, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates. Craft and post job advertisements in strategic locations, targeting bilingual professionals in the construction and roofing industries. Conduct thorough screening and sourcing of candidates, emphasizing bilingual skills essential for the roles. Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring panels. Implement recruitment marketing strategies tailored to attract bilingual talent, highlighting our commitment to diversity and inclusion. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific bilingual requirements for project management and crew roles. Manage administrative recruitment tasks, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and representing our company at job fairs and recruitment events focused on bilingual professionals. Provide regular updates to the management team on recruitment progress and challenges. New Hire onboarding and training. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of five years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in hiring bilingual personnel, preferably in the construction or roofing sectors. Fluency in English and Spanish], with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Proficient in developing and executing targeted recruitment marketing strategies to attract bilingual talent.
