In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture within your client groups.--Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objections within your client groupsDrive talent acquisition and talent management processesPartner with HR COE leaders to drive employee engagement and development programsEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulationsProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR Policies and proceduresCollaborate with HR team to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement You Must Have:3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist roleWE VALUEBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldExperience in the aerospace industry or a similar technical fieldAbility to influence at varying levels across the organizationAbility to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environmentAbility to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.Ability to compile data from multiple sources, analyze for trends and recommend targeted actions as neededStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Additional Information
