Position: Recruiter
The Recruiter works alongside all departments to assess staffing needs and sets up interviews with all candidates who apply for a postion with the company. Their ability to hire for company culture with a foucs onlong term success is vital to ensure company growth and goals.
Recruiter Responsibilities
Schedule daily tours and interviews
Respond to all inquiries
Maintain relationship with all new hires for onboarding and offboarding
Screen individuals and conduct multiple interviews during hiring process
Be knowledgeable on basic home services to adequately evaluate candidates
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years Recruiting Experience
Proficient in building long term employee relationships
Skilled in Verbal and Written communication
Expert time management and goal setting
