Position overview:

Your job will be to be the Human Resources Administrator for our 200+ workforce. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the life cycle of our most valuable assets, our people, from recruitment, retention and beyond.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Benefit management for employees
  • Process workplace discipline and other documentary issues
  • Garnishment processing
  • Workman's Comp compliance and documentation
  • WOTC Credit and other Government credits Paperwork (Work with Book keeper)
  • Manage recruiting and hiring process
    • Manage various recruiting ad accounts, including postings
    • Initial applicant review process and conduct phone interviews
    • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
    • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, corrective actions, vacation days, job assignments and schedules.
    • Answer employees' questions and provide requested information.
    • Work with our front desk in onboarding and recruitment workflow
    • Create reports for senior management.
    • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
    • Manage office supplies
      Job Qualifications & Experience
      • Previous work experience in the human resources field.
      • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software.
      • Working knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems and the ability to learn new software systems.
      • Familiarity with state and federal labor laws.
      • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
      • Act as a reliable and supportive team member.
      • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
      • Experience with recruitment marketing.
