Job Description:

*Job Duties & Functions*-- Consults with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates.-- Assist properties on recruitment efforts-- Reviews and assesses applicants' education, experience, training, and other qualifications.-- Sources and recruits candidates by using databases, social media, and networking for company properties-- Schedules interviews and coordinates interviewers.-- Establishes business partnerships with community organizations, Social Services and educational institutions.-- Markets and advertises career opportunities, leverages social media, and conducts job fairs.-- Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, includingcareer advancement opportunities.-- Prepares and extends job offers.-- Notifies applicants of rejection.-- Outreaching to and meeting with partner organizations to build a referral network for potential candidates-- Leading implementation and coordinating on the development of company training requirements-- Working with the Corporate Director of HR to continually improve the training program and participant outcomes-- Deliver in person and virtual training to best support the properties-- Ensure detailed tracking of training completions for all employees-- Integrates training with diverse, real-world business-specific situations in order to drive learning outcomes.-- Train-the-trainer role, providing guidance to properties assuring that training quality and consistency expectations are met-- Up to 70% of travel may be required-- Other duties as assigned*Education & Experience*-- Typically requires a high school diploma; at least 2 years of applicable experience is required.-- Bilingual language skills are highly desired.-- Demonstrates strong Excel skills, with ability to function well in other Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Outlook, Teams,Power Point, word, etc.).-- Ability to communicate well with individuals, both in person and virtually.-- Highly organized.-- Skillful in relating to people from diverse backgrounds.-- Performs work independently.Oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills.
