CGI is seeking an experienced HR Functional Business Analyst
(Hybrid role) to join our Phoenix, Arizona team!

Your future duties and responsibilities
Must have the capability to design, test, and support system users
in the human resources industry.
Ultimately, you will collaborate with the client on technology and
business process related efforts that include gathering functional
business requirements, designing new system functionality, testing
software code, and supporting end users.
Facilitate team and client meetings to gather and document
requirements, design system enhancements, drive user feedback, and
conduct quality assurance testing through completion of project
Write system documentation, including developer guides, design
specifications, and topic papers
Build test scripts based on business requirements
Perform system testing using test scripts to ensure requirements
Execute regression testing scripts
Support the application help desk responding to end-user calls
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
5 years of HR Functional Business Analyst experience.
Key items we will be looking for are:
Experience working with human resources systems
Experience in all facets of the project lifecycle
Experience in system analysis, design, and testing
Experience supporting an application help desk
Ability to prioritize optimally, multitask, and manage time
Very strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical
Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented
experience and proficiency
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Understanding of configuration management and the systems
development life cycle
Experience with ERP products
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $67,000-$125,000*
