HR Functional Business Analyst (Hybrid role)

Position Description
CGI is seeking an experienced HR Functional Business Analyst (Hybrid role) to join our Phoenix, Arizona team!

Opportunity to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and the enjoyment of being part of a growing team implementing critically important solutions for our State and Local Government clients.

This is an exciting full-time career opportunity to be part of a full-scale ERP Implementation solution for one our long-standing clients in Phoenix, AZ!

This is a Hybrid role (Remote/Client Site - Phoenix, AZ)!

Your future duties and responsibilities
Must have the capability to design, test, and support system users in the human resources industry.

Ultimately, you will collaborate with the client on technology and business process related efforts that include gathering functional business requirements, designing new system functionality, testing software code, and supporting end users.
Facilitate team and client meetings to gather and document requirements, design system enhancements, drive user feedback, and conduct quality assurance testing through completion of project
Write system documentation, including developer guides, design specifications, and topic papers
Build test scripts based on business requirements
Perform system testing using test scripts to ensure requirements are met
Execute regression testing scripts
Support the application help desk responding to end-user calls

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
5 years of HR Functional Business Analyst experience.

Key items we will be looking for are:
Experience working with human resources systems
Experience in all facets of the project lifecycle
Experience in system analysis, design, and testing

Additional Skills:
Experience supporting an application help desk
Ability to prioritize optimally, multitask, and manage time appropriately
Very strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented experience and proficiency
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills:
Team oriented
Customer service oriented
Experience with User Centered Design
Understanding of configuration management and the systems development life cycle
Experience with ERP products
Knowledge of Agile methodology

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree


Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $67,000-$125,000*

*Disclaimer: In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, effective January 1, 2021, a good faith hourly or base salary range must be posted for all positions where the work may be performed in the state of Colorado.
