(Please Note: This is a remote, contractor, commission-only position with no base salary)Ensis Corp is an established, San Diego-based, Recruiting Agency, and we are scouting for 2 CONTRACT REMOTE RECRUITERS, (SOURCING), as Independent Contractors. (No base salary, but higher commission).WHY WORK WITH US:

• Be your own bossWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Sourcing Candidates for our open jobs
  • Conducting initial interviews
  • Summarizing interview, providing resume and package to Client manager
  • Other...WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
    • 2+ Years of Sourcing/Recruiting experience
    • Your own Sourcing/Recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, ATS, etc.
    • Anything else associated with talent acquisition, i.e., phone, computer, ads, etc.
