Job Description:
Responsibilities
"Develops, trains, and administers effective training programs for
401k/S125 employees; and, performs independent quality call
monitoring and coaching to ensure the highest level of service is
delivered to clients.
- Acts as primary trainer for onboarding of newly hired 401k and
Section 125 employees to ensure employees are thoroughly and
consistently acclimated to Paychex and the 401(k)/S125 organization
prior to beginning technical training specific to their daily
role.
- Acts as primary trainer for newly hired 401(k)/S125 employees
on Retirement Services and Section 125 products, technical systems,
operational policies and processes, and service skills to ensure
that new employees are fully prepared to perform their new
position.
- Develops and maintains assigned program agendas, lesson plans,
and program content to ensure continued effectiveness and accuracy
of programs.
- Schedules training programs, maintains class lists, manages
participant issues, and makes adjustments as warranted to ensure
the effectiveness and efficiency of programs.
- Acts as subject matter expert, researching and providing new
content and ongoing updates to the Training & Development Center
for the development and maintenance of existing training modules
published by that group.
- Acts as support trainer for 401k/S125 employees on new product
features, system enhancements, compliance changes, seasonal events,
and other advanced topics to ensure employees are fully prepared to
support the new releases.
- Assists in the creation, editing, reviewing, and publishing of
training materials for new product releases, process enhancements,
seasonal events, and other ongoing training topics to ensure the
delivery of timely, accurate, and thorough information to
employees.
- Assists in the development and facilitation of new programs to
ensure the needs and goals of the organization are met.
- Facilitates individual coaching plans to assist Supervisors
with ongoing assessment and coaching of specific employees
requiring extra assistance to perform their role, as
needed.
- Performs independent quality call monitoring (external and
internal calls) of newly hired phone agents to provide written
constructive feedback and coaching to agent and their supervisor.
Identifies, researches, and resolves any related training or system
issues.
- Supports the implementation and administration of 401(k)/S125
department wide client and employee programs to assist managers and
supervisors with employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Associate's Degree - Preferred
- 2 years of experience in teaching or training
