Job Description Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare
organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full
spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to
address any dental restoration need. Currently we have 60 labs
throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to
fill a number of key positions within our organization including
this opportunity at NDX for a Full-Time Human Resources Business
Partner. This position will be based in any of the following areas:
Reno, NV, Phoenix, AZ, or Houston, TX. This is a full-time position

Strategic/Professional/Business Contribute to the business strategy
by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational
capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes Support line
management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline
requirements in line with the function/business strategy Implement
appropriate learning interventions while accounting for learning
principles and theories and manage ongoing delivery Participate in
and lead corporate strategies and assist other HR members as needed
Leadership Facilitate line of sight initiatives to build a
high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership
agenda Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through
the organization Provide clear leadership by demonstrating
understanding of business trends and needs Provide input on
workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit
restructuring III. Management Drive the people processes
(performance, development, and career) to ensure that team
members--- level of performance and capabilities meet current and
future needs Manage specific projects as determined in the annual
HR operational plan as well as participating in functional and
cross-functional initiatives Develop and promote feedback
mechanisms for team members to influence the continuous improvement
of HR services and processes Implement HR policies and reward
strategy to ensure that all reward decisions are fair and objective
Relationship Provide expert advice and coaching to team members
where appropriate Develop and nurture partnerships through human
resources to bridge the divide between management and employees
Understand team member opinions and anticipate their needs and
concerns Maintain close contact with the area HR team to work in
synchronization with the other business units Innovation Review and
benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR
policies and initiatives to enhance overall business performance
Identify and drive the communication and sharing of learning across
functions to facilitate continuous improvement Essential Functions
Conducts periodic meetings (as needed but at a minimum once a
month) with respective business units. Consults with line
management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyzes trends
and metrics in partnership with the business unit and HR group to
develop solutions, programs and policies. Manages and resolves
complex team member relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough
and objective investigations and seeks legal council when needed.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements for the states
in which business is conducted related to day-to-day management of
team members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory
compliance. Partners with legal council as needed/required.
Provides day to day performance management guidance to line
management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development,
disciplinary actions). Works closely with management and team
members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase
productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and
interpretation. Provides guidance and input on business units and
individual executive coaching needs. Participates in evaluation and
monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to
ensure training objective are met. Competencies: Business Acumen

in business administration and/or HR management with a minimum 4
