Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet Marriott's quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations Engage with guests, providing top-notch customer service and detailed product knowledge Operate coffee making equipment with expertise and precision Manage inventory of coffee supplies and place orders as needed Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Expertise in various coffee preparation methods Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations Cash handling and point-of-sale system experience Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Barista Certification from a recognized coffee school (preferred) Food Handler's Certificate (required)
