As a Marriott Massage Therapist, you’ll apply your expertise in various massage techniques to relax, rejuvenate, and revitalize our guests, ensuring they leave with lasting memories of unparalleled care. Perform scheduled massages in accordance with guests’ needs and preferences, ensuring a comforting and therapeutic experience. Consult with guests to assess their medical history and identify appropriate massage services that meet their needs. Maintain a serene and clean atmosphere in the treatment area. Actively stay informed about the latest in massage techniques and the guest wellness industry. Collaborate with hospitality team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Manage supply inventory and ensure ample quantities of necessary equipment and consumables are available. Adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation as established by Marriott and local regulatory bodies. Proficiency in various massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Reflexology Exceptional communication and customer service skills Ability to tailor massages to specific guest needs Strong understanding of body physiology High level of professionalism and a friendly disposition Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) as required by the state/local law BLS or CPR certification preferred
