is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required
October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received
and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not
vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign
Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the
full respiratory virus season. This assignment is at our main
Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016 This assignment
will require floating to NICU and CVICUNights 7p 7a Only RTO
discussed in the interview will be pre-approved. Experience:2 years
experience as an RN in PICU *Experience at a hospital with a Level
III or IV NICU is strongly preferred. *Experience floating to CVICU
and NICU *Children s hospital experience preferred. Education
Requirements:Associate s or Bachelor s degree in nursing.
Certification/License/Registry Requirements: *Current State of
Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with
multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure
according to Arizona law prior to start date. *Current BLS
certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart
Association. *Current PALS certification from the American Heart
Association. *NRP certification preferred. 2024 Guaranteed Hours:
