Responsibilities
We are looking for a Food Service Worker Lead to join our amazing
team! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Effectively schedule and maintain appropriate levels of staffing
as it relates to patient census
* Demonstrate effective work prioritization using effective work
methods to meet all deadlines
* Monitor test tray audits, floor stock, and temperature logs
* Serves as liaison between nursing, patients and the FNS
department
* Facilitate in-services, weekly Team meetings and daily line up
meetings on trayline
Qualifications
Minimum Required:
* Five (5) years food services field experience with experience in
food service sanitation standards
* Food Handlers Card
Preferred:
* High School Dioploma/GED
