Legends is an equal opportunity employer.We are looking for a customer-oriented sales support associate for our emerging ecommerce furniture sales. They are problem solvers providing point support to a customer from pre-sales through post-sales deployment using live chat boxes, emails, and phone calls. Their duties include sales support, problem solving customer needs, website training to customers, investigating website problems, and capturing customer feedback. They are genuinely excited to help customers with empathetic, passion, and communication. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManage online chat box activity from platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and WalmartIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionHelp with data entry and order creationsKeep communication open and interactive with existing customers to help build trust and sustainable relationshipsMonitor partner portals for incoming tickets, customer questions, and check for accurate or missing informationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersSkillsProven customer support experienceStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningCompetency in Microsoft Applications such as Excel and OutlookStrong written communication skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersTrack record of over-achieving quotaFamiliarity with customer portals such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Wayfair Partner Home a big plus.Legends Furniture provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristics protected by federal, state or local laws.
