Job Description:

LHH is looking for licensed producers, Insurance Agents, and Customer Service Reps with Property & Casualty and Transportation experience. This Customer Service Rep will be responsible for handling customers day to day needs and assisting with renewal processes. Responsibilities: Assists customer with basic and complex commercial insurance needs Assists with renewal processes The job requires accuracy and diligence to process timely insurance documents and forms for our customers The position requires accuracy, customer service skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail to process Provide professional customer service on all incoming calls Enter and update client records with attached files, documents & communication Requirements: 1-3 years of relatable work experience Computer proficiency Available to work in office Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30 If you are interested please apply today.
